Your heat pump installation at home: the best of both

Choosing a heat pump for your home is about more than choosing a brand.

You are choosing the people who will understand your home, design the system, install it and support you afterwards.

National confidence. Local care.

Q Smart’s “The Best of Both” approach brings two roles together. Q Smart provides the design, equipment supply, compliance support and aftercare backing. A trusted local installer surveys your home, completes the installation and remains your familiar point of contact.

You benefit from a specialist team behind the project and a local installer who takes responsibility for the work in your home. The important part is that those roles are connected and explained clearly.

A system designed around your home

Your home, heating arrangements and hot water needs shape the specification. A survey gives the design team the information needed to assess the property and plan the system, rather than simply choosing equipment from a headline output.

Q Smart brings the design and equipment selection together. We work with major manufacturers so the discussion can focus on the needs of the property and the proposed installation.

Once complete survey information is received, Q Smart turns around the heat pump design within 72 working hours. The installation date is agreed separately, taking account of the final scope, equipment and local availability.

Customer service comes first

A good experience depends on knowing what happens next and having someone to speak to. Before work starts, you should understand the proposal, the planned equipment locations and who is responsible for each part of the job.

Your installer provides the familiar local contact. Q Smart’s team supports the design, equipment and technical questions behind them. The aim is clear communication throughout the project, not just at the point of sale.

Care during installation and handover

The local installer brings the design to life in your home. The agreed scope should explain the work involved and the expected programme, including any changes to the existing heating or hot water arrangements.

At handover, ask for a demonstration of the controls and an explanation of the day-to-day settings. Make sure you know where the documentation is and whom to contact if you have a question.

Choose the whole experience

When comparing proposals, look beyond the equipment list. Ask who designs the system, who carries out the work and what support remains available afterwards. Those answers matter to your experience as much as the product name.

That is the Q Smart approach: a coordinated design, a trusted local installation and people who stay involved.
